Rohit Shetty, Golmaal 3 director remaking Angoor?

Post the huge success of Golmaal 3, Rohit Shetty has certainly become one of the most sought after directors in Bollywood. While Rohit next two films are the new version of Singam (starring Ajay Devgn) and Bol Bachchan (starring Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn), the rumor is that Rohit is still planning a film with none other than Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh was impressed with the hard work of Rohit in Golmaal 3 and has shown interest in working with the talented director. While details about the project are still unknown, the strong rumor is that Rohit would remake the cult classic Angoor with Shah Rukh Khan.

Angoor, published in 1982, was a laugh-riot that included Sanjeev Kumar, Deven Varma and Moushmi Chatterjee in lead roles. Rohit Shetty Comedy remain strong, it would be interesting to see how the director deals with this issue also with the Baadshah of Bollywood.
